You see, when you look at a stock chart it’s sort of like looking at haunted house. A stock chart is no more than the footprints of people choices, where they how to learn stock market bought or sold, how fast they moved in their execution and so on. Now if you were able to make the same measurements of the frightened kids footprints in that haunted house, you’d see something very interesting happen. For the most part people see safety in numbers and will group together in order to protect themselves. What happens when the group starts to enter the first room in that house? Well, the first few people are kind of timid, wondering if it’s safe. This could be similar to a stock chart entering a new trading range. What happens when how to learn stock market more people come into that new room (ie trading range). They’re all huddled together wondering when the worst is going to happen.
